Hello, my hsuband's grandfater is Graham Stewart Vivian, designer of the Ford Patent Pen and I would really like to surprise him by buying him one for Christmas, as I know he would like one.   Would anyone have any idea as to where I might find one?

Man, one just sold over on FPN by Mr. Goldfink. I'd suggest contacting him, David Nishimura and maybe Richard Binder.

David Nishimura, richard binder and Mr. Goldfink can be reached through his blog.

Contact them and tell them what you're looking for and even if they don't have one, they will likely know who does.

Thanks to this forum I have now located a Ford Patent Pen in working order.  My hubby will be very surprised and happy. smile I also need to correct my first post.  His grandfather is George Stewart Vivian, not Graham as sited on one vintage pen website.  Thanks again!!

That Ford pen, from what I read was quite good, for it's time....I wish I'd paid more attention to it, but being so scarce..was out of consideration...

We do want the nitty gritty, color of pen, nib size and flex and such....ball park ouch factor.
