What payment system other than Pay Pal is safe to use?

I want to set up a payment acceptance system that doesn't involve pay pal. I'm sick of paying their huge fees. 

Anyone?

I think that Visa does do some kind of credit acceptance system for small businesses.
You would have to do some research on that though!

Other than that, some kind of e-check service may also be good!
