The Dragon Flowers model rejoins the 'Fabulous Four' from Poky!
"I am having too much fun to keep it to myself. The Poky Dragon Flower and Great Wall are delightful and distinctive. Easy to hold. The ink flows evenly. Speaking of ink, the colors from the Private Reserve are fantastic. It is so evident that you do check each nib for perfection. They perform as promised. I have a few inexpensive pens from other sources. Those nibs needed your help. Scratchy and leaky nibs are nibs that never met His Nibs...Thanks for your personal care of the pens. That makes for enjoyable writing." A. G., San Antonio, TX

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Pilot 78G in black restocked
"Hi Norman, I have received the Pilot 78G pens and they are lovely! What great little writers, and such good value. :D The nibs are amazingly smooth and super-fine, one of the nicest nibs I've ever come across [referring to 'F' nib]. I'm kicking myself for not ordering a dark green one too! Let me know if you ever see more!" LMY, Gladstone, Australia
"A couple of months ago, I ordered a Pilot 78 from you. After considerable use, I just wanted to write and add my voice to the chorus of praise for this pen. It's a marvelous little daily writer, made all the more desirable by your attractive pricing. The nib is smooth with a hint of flex and I find the ink flow to be just right -- not to much nor too little. It's an attractive pen, looking much richer than it's actual cost. And it is incredibly light. It's one of a handful of pens I write with the cap on. Just to let you know, Pilot / Namiki cartridges fit this pen perfectly." D. H., Gainesville, GA
"Norm, the Pilot 78's came yesterday and I've inked and written with both of them. What fantastic pens. For the past ten years, I've been a convert to the Pelikan Steno pens which used to be sold by that online pen shop back east that closed down recently. Of course, Pelikan has also stopped making the Steno pen. Fortunately, I have half-a-dozen of them, but I have recently become really interested in italic nibs. I have to tell you, the Pilot's are simply magnificent. I'll be ordering the two colors I didn't get soon, and maybe I can try out the Monteverde stub also. Thanks for the quick service and for the great pens you sent." T. M. Wichita, KS
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ New Conklin Mark Twain signature Chased Crescent-fillers
The newest versions of the Conklin Crescent-filler is the chased in Red or Orange. These join the Black Chased, which has always been the most popular iteration of the pen.
The difference between the two new colors -- other than the colors! -- is that the red has gold 'furniture' (rocker clip, cap band and crescent), while the orange has chrome trim.
Like all the others, Mark Twain's signature adorns the back of the cap band.
"Dear Norman, I love the red-chased Conklin Crescent filler. I have been using it for a few days now and love the weight of it and the stub nib. It writes like a dream, but feels like an old pen (Vacumatics are my collecting passion). Thanks again and I am happy to own the pen. Appreciatively," K. F., Elizabethtown, KY
