Overall Grade: 9/10
Issues: The pen has been inked but is in superb condition. If I'd not seen the ink flushed from the section/nib I would have guessed it to be NOS.
Comments: This is a variant that I can't seem to find any info on at all. I've asked several people in the know about X Pens & no one has seen one quite like this before.
The section has a thin strip of white metal in it, The barrel has no tassie/jewel on it. W/ no evidence of there ever being one there. The barrel is faceted for about 2/3 of the length where it then transitions to a smooth round barrel end. Pretty cool effect in my opinion.
Other Notes: The box is present & very clean, but is in less than condition. Two of the corners of the lid hyave torn at the seams & the paper hinge is ready to go as well.
Price: $125.00
