There are days when I feel like I'm coming down with a touch of Bi-Polar Disorder.  I swing back and forth between nib types.  The illness often causes me to have 20 pens inked so that I can switch between them as the mood strikes.  What is your typical fancy?  I'm in for a stub but I don't have one in my pocket currently. . . twitch, twitch.

I know what you mean. I go through periods where I like a flourish to my writing and like a medium or even broad nib. However my handwriting is much clearer and neater with a fine nib. I love stubs but only about 10% of my collection is stubbed...

One of the choices should have been for a music nib. I recently acquired a Platinum Maestro with a 3-tined music nib and it has become one of my favorite writers. Another favorite of mine is my Nakaya Equilibriuim Demonstrator which is fitted with their silky smooth elastic music nib.

I go broad stub or italic when I have that option, but for the most part it's either a standard broad or a nice flex nib for me.

Truth be told, I PREFER an M, but might have anything from an F to a B at any one time with me.  And I generally have at least three to seven pens inked and ready to go...

So while I logged an M, that was an INDICATOR only...
