5" capped, 5 9/16" posted, 7/16" at the cap lip. The 14K Fine (#65) nib is about as good as they come. It's incredibly smooth and leaning towards the moist side of things. (6-6.5/10). The pen is in the Cisele patern. There is only 1 issue of any kind with the pen. There is a TINY & very shallow bump on the lower middle point of the side/back of the cap. I'd handled the pen more than a half dozen times before I noticed it. Comes with converter. Over all this pen is in very good plus (would have been excellent were it not for the cap bump). If you like 75's, I  guarantee your going to LOVE this one.
