Well i picked this pen up at an antique store for $8. Ive looked around for a bit but i cant really find it anywhere. Any ideas what it might be? There not exactly the best pictures but thats cause they were taken with my phone, I cant find my camera.

Yeah, ive noticed it pretty similar to other Combo Pens, but theres a few differences. The nib reads "Stainless 14K Gold Plated", The plating is wearing off, but the nib is in pretty good shape.
