Thanks for the correction. English is not my native language (and it obviously shows up every now and then...). You are right.
To make things even worse, I usually think faster than what I type, which ends up being a bad combination when you are not checking afterwards (prior to sending the mail, that is).

For someone like "El queso grande" (The big cheese), there is a big long piece of cheese we locally cut in thin (half an inch) disks and cook it in barbecues, together with the meat. It is called "Provoleta".
This is not exactly the most suitable marketing name, though. We should keep this as an informal nick...
