Sheaffer Lever Fill FP in Green Striated (Marine Green)pattern. This is a smaller pen that is 4 3/4" long when capped. Beautiful early Balance pen with #5 Feather Touch 14k fine point nib. Minor posting marks at barrel end, but nice otherwise! Pen was identified as the "Miss Universe" model by Richard Binder at the DC Pen Show! Name engraved on pen is Norma Robertson.
