Dependable National Pen Co. of Canada

Has anyone ever heard of this company or have any information about them? I received a package of old, broken and distressed pens to practice repairing on. One of them is a rather nice pen from this company. It has a pseudo-Sheaffer look to it and I would guess it was made in the mid 1930s. It does not have a nib. I have cleaned it up and all it needs is a new sac and a nib and it will make a very nice present to a friend who likes the bullet headed Sheaffer look. I would appreciate any information about it, or suggestions for a nib I could look for to make this a complete working item. The bi-color celluloid is much to nice to consign to the garbage can.
